Within the PATCH CORD is a specially designed electronic transformer circuit that ensures top audio quality and high efficiency connections between a 600 ohm headphone jack and high impedance microphone jacks of tape recorders or most video cameras.
The PATCH CORD has been designed to enable you to record, on virtually any tape recorder or video camera, both sides of all of your radio communications and all microphone equipped people in aircraft when used with intercom.
If not equipped with intercom, PATCH CORD enables you to record both sides of all your radio communications if the aircraft has sidetone.
The most advantageous way to use PATCH CORD is with the intercom and a voice-activated tape recorder.
The PATCH CORD works with virtually all audio recording devices (tape recorders).
Standard, mini cassette and new digital recorders equipped with a microphone input jack are available at most retail stores.
Voice-activated recorders save tape and provides a quicker review of your recorded communication.
